FOR STANDALONE WORKSTATIONS
Pick up a Software Request Form from the Monarch Techstore in the North Mall of Webb Center. Your request cannot be processed if the form is not complete. It will take about three working days to process your request. OCCS will contact you when your order has been processed. You will then receive an installation packet that includes the diskettes or CD ROM disc. You will need to return the diskettes or CD within 24 hours.
Because the University offers the software at a discounted price, no manuals come with installation packets.
