Then to get your mobile device connected to Microsoft Exchange, contact the OCCS Technical Support Center at 757-683-3192, by email occshelp@odu.edu, or on the web via http://fp.odu.edu to use the web based incident tracking system.
Make sure that you read the Mobile Handheld Security and Mobile Access information section. Perform the first synchronization according to the appropriate software documentation.
